For the sushi rice:

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 4 oz sashimi-grade tuna or salmon, thinly sliced

  • Microgreens or edible flowers (optional)

Extras:

  • Nori sheets

  • Soy sauce, pickled ginger, and wasabi for serving

Instructions:
